BSCL is one of the pioneer Wagon Manufacturing Companies, effectively contributing to the country' economy by manufacturing various types of wagons for Indian Railways and other Customers. The Company requires to fill up some of its key positions for its Howrah/Burnpur Works, the details of requirement is given below:

Grade & Field / No. of vacancies

1. General Manager - Wagon Manufacturing Unit  / 1 no.

2. Dy. General Manager - Wagon Manufacturing Unit / 2 nos.

Minimum Qualification:

For General Manager: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or equivalent.

For Dy. General Manager: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum post-qualification experience as on 01.11.2011:

General Manager - 20 years relevant experience in Wagon Manufacturing out of which 3 years in immediate lower grade.

Dy. General Manager - 15 years relevant experience in Wagon Manufacturing out of which 3 years in immediate lower Grade.

Scale of Pay:

General Manager - 18500-450-23900/=

Dy. General Manager - 17500-400-22300/=

Max. age as on 01.11.2011:

General Manager - 50 years.

Dy. General Manager - 45 years.
